Our bodies are naturally equipped with systems that protect the organs from foreign materials and dangerous substances.  The digestive system, for instance, can be cleansed just by drinking a lot of liquids. Our digestive system automatically absorbs things that the body needs, and disposes substances that it thinks are harmful or useless. The basics of a bowel movement is the bodies way of removing waste and toxins.
